Alice Wong is a dedicated Richmond community leader and current school trustee with a strong record of serving local families through education and community leadership.
As former Vice Chair of the Richmond District Parents Association (RDPA) and PAC Chair at both the elementary and secondary levels, Alice has championed stable governance, academic excellence, and meaningful parent engagement. Her volunteer work with S.U.C.C.E.S.S., the Navy League Cadets, and the D.A.R.E. BC Society reflects a lifelong commitment to building safe, caring, and connected communities.

A resident since 1987, Kenny Chiu brings decades of software development and management professional experience to a strong record of community service.
He is a dedicated volunteer and leader with charitable and local political organisations, and co-founded the Richmond Community Coalition to promote transparent, accountable local government. His public service includes serving as a Richmond Board of Education Trustee, as a Member of Parliament, as Shadow Minister for Diversity, Inclusion and Youth. He is currently the Chief of Staff and Adviser to MP Chak Au.
Thomas Leung has been a long-time Richmond resident with a Master Degree in Social Work, and has dedicated over 30 years to strengthening communities through education, public service, and advocacy.
A passionate champion for public safety, drug prevention, and strong families, he co-founded the Drug Prevention Concern Group and Richmond Christian Co-Mission. With more than 20 years of leadership in community initiatives, public affairs, and election campaigns, Thomas also brings decades of entrepreneurial and business expereince in international education, building partnerships locally and internationally.
Glenda Strang has been a Richmond resident for 25 years and is dedicated to building a safe, caring, and inclusive community. She manages Salvation Army Family Services, supporting individuals experiencing food insecurity, addiction, and homelessness. She launched the Salvation Army Mobile Food Truck and co-founded Richmond's only faith-based Recovery Church. With extensive leadership experience as a co-op housing board President, Treasurer, and Director, Glenda also spent 10 years mentoring local youth through Richmond Minor Football.
